About Andrea
I am a Professional Real Estate Investor, Consultant and Coach. I speak and share my expertise on how to create generational wealth using long-term real estate holdings as well as consistent cashflow by building a profitable short-term rental business.
My love of real estate started in 1995 with the purchase of my first house. I was graduating from York University and starting my first career as a school teacher. I started generating income from real estate by renting my basement and a room in my house. After meeting my husband I have continued to build a portfolio of properties with long-term and short-term rentals in Canada and I help my clients do the same.

I love travelling with my family! Countries that I have visited… Jamaica, St. Lucia, United States, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Costa Rica, Panama, Italy, Spain, France and Belize.
When I’m not at my desk working… I’m relaxing at my condo, listening to music and dancing, watching my favorite shows, trying a new renovation project, and singing to some 80s or 90s jam that takes me back to my youth

Living My Dream Life means…
Living in a tropical place where life is simpler, having the time to enjoy family, friends and working less with a personal administrator, a cook, cleaner and where money is not of concern. My dream is to travel and see the world with my family.
